在我們平常談業(yè)務(wù)過(guò)程中,經(jīng)常會(huì)遇到一些客戶已讀不回,給客戶發(fā)了報(bào)價(jià),客戶沒(méi)有回應(yīng);給客戶發(fā)了樣品,客戶沒(méi)有回應(yīng)等,面對(duì)這類的客戶我們不能著急,要沉得住氣。

當(dāng)樣品寄過(guò)去,沒(méi)有消息時(shí):
以被動(dòng)為主動(dòng),讓客戶覺(jué)得我們關(guān)心的是測(cè)試進(jìn)程,而不是赤裸裸的催單。
(1)Trust you have received our samples.Please let us have your feedback so we can proceed.
相信你已經(jīng)收到樣品了,請(qǐng)告知反饋這樣我們才可以進(jìn)展。
(2)Is the sample quailty fine with you?Any improvement or changes need to be made based on the current sample?
請(qǐng)問(wèn)你對(duì)樣品質(zhì)量滿意嗎?需要哪些變動(dòng)或者改進(jìn)嗎?
(3)Please see attached our best offer for xxx based on the sample.
按照樣品,請(qǐng)查看我們最好的報(bào)價(jià)。

當(dāng)發(fā)出報(bào)價(jià)后沒(méi)有回應(yīng)時(shí):
(1)先簡(jiǎn)潔跟進(jìn),因?yàn)閷?duì)方忙,沒(méi)來(lái)得及反饋:Friendly reminder on the offer we sent on+E期
(2)如果沒(méi)有回應(yīng),可以隔天再次詢問(wèn):Can you please let us konw your comments?請(qǐng)問(wèn)能告知下您的反饋嗎?
(3)This discount will only be valid for 10 days.Kindly act quickly to enjoy the benefit.
折扣有效期只有10天。請(qǐng)盡快下單才能享受這個(gè)優(yōu)惠。
(4)可以推薦一些熱賣款型給客戶做參考,吸引客戶興趣:Attached please find some more models which are also popular in your market.Kindly advise if any further infor enquired and we will be happy to assist.

當(dāng)發(fā)了合同沒(méi)回應(yīng)時(shí):
(1)Can you please inform when you arrange the payment?We need to schedule the production accordingly.
當(dāng)您安排款項(xiàng)的時(shí)候,請(qǐng)告知,我們才好排單生產(chǎn)。
(2)提醒假期將至:We will have public holiday soon.The earlier you confirm the order,the sooner we can arrange the mass producton.
我們很快要放假。請(qǐng)盡早確認(rèn)訂單,這樣我們也可以早點(diǎn)安排生產(chǎn)。
(3)以原材料漲價(jià)為由:As the price of raw materials is going up recentiy,we'd advise you to place your order without delay.
因?yàn)樽罱牧蟽r(jià)格一直上漲,我們想建議您盡快下單為好。
(4)委婉催促:Sorry,I don't want to sound pushy.But please you'll have to decide soon as the material is undergoing major fluctuations.
抱歉我不想催你,但是請(qǐng)盡早決定,因?yàn)椴牧蟽r(jià)格不穩(wěn)定,浮動(dòng)很大。
(5)提醒生產(chǎn)旺季:Busy production season is approaching,please help update the progress so we can schedule in advance.
生產(chǎn)旺季很快到了,請(qǐng)更新下進(jìn)展,我們需要提前備產(chǎn)。
(6)適當(dāng)?shù)臅r(shí)候打電話:If you'd like to arrange phone call meeting,when's good time for us to talk?
如果你想電話會(huì)議,什么時(shí)候方便呢?

另外兩種跟進(jìn)方法:(不要輕易用)
(1)同行刺激效應(yīng),此方法不是首選,而且不建議對(duì)歐美比較嚴(yán)謹(jǐn)?shù)目蛻???梢詫?duì)付印度,非洲客戶。在你獲悉他當(dāng)?shù)赜衅渌蛻舨少?gòu)?fù)惍a(chǎn)品時(shí),你可以如此寫郵件:Trust you are well.We just completed the shipment for another client from your country.Kindly see the best price we can offer FOB USD based on the quantity for your information.
(2)雷打不動(dòng)可以開門見(jiàn)山:Much appreciated if you can further offer some comments if you still get interested in our products.Otherwise I will stop to bouther you.開門見(jiàn)山,直接問(wèn)他還感興趣嗎?不然停止寫1郵件給他了。
經(jīng)驗(yàn)分享
沉住氣保持一定頻率的跟進(jìn):
比如今天溝通了,明天沒(méi)消息,等一等,后天再詢問(wèn);
比如他說(shuō)好明天確認(rèn)給你,明天是周末,又安靜了,那請(qǐng)按耐住,周一再跟進(jìn);
比如信息只讀不回,也忍住,不要把客戶當(dāng)成不回信息的另一半,充滿怨念。
與其把時(shí)間平均平衡,也不要集中精力去盯緊一個(gè)客戶,這樣你焦慮不安,對(duì)方也覺(jué)得有壓迫感。
客戶如果在度假,沒(méi)有機(jī)會(huì)看或者無(wú)視一切工作郵件。這點(diǎn)在歐美客戶溝通中特別要注意,他們很不喜歡假期被打擾。針對(duì)不同國(guó)家,要了解當(dāng)?shù)氐募倨诓⑶以诩倨谇鞍l(fā)賀卡/預(yù)祝他們假期愉快的郵件,好過(guò)在假期中打擾。
不要局限郵件跟進(jìn),現(xiàn)在很多客戶更傾向聊天軟件上溝通,像東南亞,非洲國(guó)家大多客戶尤其喜歡WhatsApp溝通。
