做外貿(mào)收到客戶(hù)詢(xún)盤(pán)之后怎么回復(fù)呢?怎么回復(fù)客戶(hù)可以拿下訂單?

不管新手老手,接到詢(xún)盤(pán),回復(fù)詢(xún)盤(pán)第一個(gè)就是打個(gè)招呼什么的,問(wèn)候關(guān)心一下,Thank you for yr inquiry of our product...感謝客戶(hù)來(lái)的詢(xún)盤(pán)。

事后,可查看客戶(hù)底細(xì),最好職業(yè)也可知道就好了,比如google上面搜索客戶(hù)公司名稱(chēng),職位,社交賬號(hào)及聯(lián)系方式。然后根據(jù)客戶(hù)詢(xún)盤(pán)提出的要求回答客戶(hù)問(wèn)題,一定要回答的詳細(xì)但是不能啰嗦。

很多外貿(mào)新手都會(huì)高興過(guò)了頭,在匆忙回復(fù)郵件時(shí)缺乏一個(gè)系統(tǒng)的分析過(guò)程,導(dǎo)致郵件內(nèi)容考慮不周全,信息不清晰。

當(dāng)回復(fù)后再回頭來(lái)看,發(fā)現(xiàn)有個(gè)問(wèn)題忘記回復(fù)客戶(hù)了。其實(shí)關(guān)于客戶(hù)的詢(xún)盤(pán),無(wú)非就是有關(guān)于產(chǎn)品的話(huà)題了。通常情況下,產(chǎn)品報(bào)價(jià)都會(huì)被問(wèn)到。
