對于已成交的老客戶

可以給我們的成交的客戶發(fā)郵件問問最近有沒有訂單,并且鑒于我們1月底的假期,希望客戶可以提前訂貨。

Do you have any new inquiry.As you know we will have Chinese New Year holiday on the end of Jan.and every year logistics company will finish delivery the cargo about 15-20 days before the holiday .so nearly about one month we can not delivery the cargo tho the port.so we suggest you place your order early

給客戶發(fā)一封郵件,問問客戶關于樣品有什么反饋,并且下一年是否有計劃采購我們的產品,如果對我們的產品還有什么意見,請隨時溝通。

對于不確定有沒有意向的客戶

面對不知道有沒有訂單意向的客戶,可以用這個郵件先試探一下。提前說明下放假時間,這段時間,工廠是停工的,客戶有訂單需求,建議提前安排!

We are coming to the Chinese New Year holiday from [Feb 1th to 18th, 2021]. During this period of time, the factory is closed.

If you have any order arrangement, whether it is now or after the holiday, we hope you can communicate with us as soon as possible. Because the orders during the holiday will be piled up after the holiday, in order to smooth your order, please contact us as soon as possible to arrange.

抓住春節(jié)放假前的寶貴時機,根據不同客戶的情況,有針對性的發(fā)送郵件內容。一則可以爭取年底多催下來幾個訂單,二則找到契機為后續(xù)的跟進增加可能性。總之,一切都是為了成交訂單這個目的而展開。

另重要提醒:早已成為外貿人開發(fā)客戶重要渠道的領英(LinkedIn),在中國大陸登錄會被強制跳轉至更新改版后的領英職場,失去了直接進行搜索客戶,添加好友,溝通對話等開發(fā)客戶必備的功能。很多人因此而手忙腳亂,不知道如何解決應對,甚至是一頓瞎折騰,導致自己的領英(LinkedIn)賬號被封。

其實我在第一時間就已經分享了非常詳細的應對方法,只要按照步驟去做就可以解決。
